How to use: Dissolve the Bentonite Clay powder with lemon water and drink. Mix bentonite clay with water and apple cider vinegar, apply the paste to the skin and allow the mixture to dry completely. Rinse off in the shower with warm water slowly and gently, as scrubbing the mixture off the body too quickly can lead to red and irritated skin.
